I had a bad experience recently. I rented a car from budget for a week while in Austin and when I showed up at the airport, they did not have my car. They offered me a free upgrade. When doing my bills later I had an additional charge of $134. I called them and they said it was for my upgrade. I got my rental agreement out and I found it in the small print that they had slipped it in on me. They offered to meet me half way and I went ahead and agreed. Make sure you read all fine print before signing anything.
AND DON'T USE BUDGET!!!!!!!
