We refinanced the house, and used the appraisal as motivation to finish some odd jobs around the house and clean clean clean! We actually hauled out several boxes to the donation and recycling and a bag or 2 of trash. We decluttered the office and turned the spare room into an actual guest bedroom to be proud of! We took the before shot after the actualy clean up, but before the painting to finish it off. That room was a disaster site where we shoved all etc. and misc. stuff that didn't have a 'place'. Tiger and I sometimes even take our breaks laying on the bed in there - the sun shines warming on the bed and is quite a cozy place in winter.
