To cycling that is...today I did a good two hour ride with a good group of guys from the wheel and Chamois Butter, I was afraid of getting dropped and the first 45 minutes I thought I was a goner but as time went by I realized that I wasn't the weakest one and the rides this time of the year, people tend to wait for those who get dropped. So I am back in business on the bike. I quite my job at GM and am working at Lake City Army Ammunition plant, so I hope to have more time through the year to train and get competitive again...... lets hope anyway.
