In Austin

The whole family drove to Austin last weekend. Ashelynn did really well. We overnighted with R's relatives in Ok which helped. Then my mom showed up on Monday from Ga and we put R on a plane back to KC. Now A and I have been with gram in our 1-bedroom for a week. Things are going well. I have started all my crews at this point, still training though. I am hoping to actually be settling into a schedule on my plot next week. The golden-cheeked warblers have already been here a week but I just detected my first today. Just too busy training and bad timing.
